Shadows of Faith
On a cold, clear winter day, I stood before Beverley Minster, struck by its sheer scale. The twin towers seemed to pierce the crisp blue sky, and the intricate details of the facade were thrown into sharp relief by the low winter sun. Choosing black and white for this photograph felt essential as it allowed me to capture the dramatic interplay of light and shadow, emphasising the timeless beauty and architectural grandeur of this imposing Gothic masterpiece.
