Storm Force

Waterfalls are amazing places to photograph and can differ greatly due to the conditions at the time and the previous few days.

I shot this after several days of heavy rain, and as you can see from the moody sky, there was a threat of more. That threat never materialised, and within half an hour of taking this shot, sunshine and blue skies rolled in. I’m so glad I took this when I did, as the fine weather continued pretty much uninterrupted, and these dramatic flows were not to be seen again for a few months.
